This page contains information required to help us configure the GPL Delivery I/O apps as well specific organizational requirements to ensure all of our tools work properly.

Naming Conventions: Please review these NAMING CONVENTIONS. In order to ensure our tools function in the most efficient manner, we recommend these naming conventions for your files. Please review and share with your Vendors.
Folder Structure: Please review this FOLDER STRUCTURE. When your deliveries are received from your Vendors our tools will automatically create this folder structure (if it does not already exist) on your file server.
Production Details: Before we can configure your Shotgun site with GPL’s Delivery I/O apps, please take a moment and answer a few questions on this FORM.
Next Steps
- After the GPL Softspeak Team gathers all of your form data we will reach out with any questions.
- We will then configure your Shotgun site with all of the GPL Tools.
- Once we have updated your configuration the GPL Softspeak Team will reach out to Production with further instructions and you can move on to STEP 02.
